About us
Who We Are
Helping Hands Charitable Trust is a Kerala-based humanitarian organization that has been working quietly and consistently for over three decades to bring dignity, health, and support to people in need. Founded on the belief that no human life should be denied care due to poverty, we have evolved from a small volunteer effort into a network of programs that provide free medical support, food, shelter, rehabilitation, and disaster relief — all powered by compassion and community.

Helping Hands Charitable Trust was founded to support patients with chronic diseases. Over 30 years, we've expanded from providing free medicines to offering food, treatment support, shelter, and rehabilitation. This is all made possible by the generosity of donors and our dedicated volunteers.
