KEE – Kidney Early Evaluation Program

KEE – Kidney Early Evaluation Program

The Kidney Early Evaluation (KEE) Program, launched in 2012 by Helping Hands Charitable Trust, is a community-based health initiative focused on early detection of kidney disease — before it progresses to chronic or irreversible stages. It brings free screening, awareness, and medical guidance to underserved communities through health camps and outreach drives.

Why we started

Why we started

Awareness Gap

Most people had never been tested for kidney health and didn’t realize how existing conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes put them at risk.

KEE Intervention

Many only learned about CKD when it had already progressed to the stage requiring dialysis or transplant.

KEE Care

We began taking kidney screening directly to communities, giving people the knowledge to act early and protect their health.
