Ambulance Service was started at the initial days of Helping Hands, when it started the charity services in and around the Medical College, Kozhikode. Free Ambulance services are provided to deserving cases of very poor patients and Tribal peoples, who are getting discharged from Medical College. At that time, when a poor patient dies from the hospital, they will not have money to bear the cost of taking the dead body to their home which will be very far from the hospital. Here the Helping Hands comes as a help which is needed of the time and it helps them very much at struggling times without any financial support available. We are providing completely free service and sometimes, we have to travel around 3000 KM, as the body has to be taken to other states.
